I started UNPLAYD so I could help parents everywhere build families that create true + lasting connection in their lives.
I know how it feels to watch parents go at it alone, thinking they just need to try harder or find the right strategy. I spent over a decade in clinical settings watching that approach fail families from the inside.
But the truth is you don't have to keep managing your way through childhood and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone.
Raising a connected, regulated, genuinely thriving child can feel natural, intuitive + even fun and I'm here to show you how and give you every single tool to make it happen.
